This course is designed to prepare an individual, with or without prior experience, to take the national NHIE and ASHI exams and begin performing home inspections. If local laws allow, one may begin competently performing residential inspections upon completion of the 80-hour inspector training.

Schedule
Dates: Class Dates for 2017 include:
- February 4th through 10th
- April 1st through 7th
- June 3rd through 9th
- August 5th through 11th
- September 30th through October 6th
- December 2nd through 8th
- Class days go from Breakfast at 7:30am.
- Lunch, Dinner and breaks as appropriate.
- Class from 8am to 10 pm for the first 6 days.
- Final day usually completed by 3:00pm.
